Great Ethiopian Run is an independent NGO operating in Ethiopia since 2001 with the mission of staging mass-participation athletic competitions in Ethiopia. This is the biggest running event in Africa and Ethiopia.

On 22 November 2015 this year more than 38000 participants will take to the streets to participate in Africa’s biggest road race – a challenging 10km at 10,000 feet above sea level. there’s a huge variety of runners of all age groups and fitness levels taking part.
